Eleven people have tested positive for coronavirus in Bauchi State.
This brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 25 in the state.
The Executive Chairman, Bauchi State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Rilwan Mohammed, confirmed this at 9.30 pm on Tuesday.
He said the results were sent to him from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, Abuja in the afternoon.
Mohammed said, “Today (Tuesday), we recorded 11 new confirmed cases in the state. In total, we have recorded 25 confirmed cases in Bauchi State.
“Six have been discharged, 19 are active cases. I got the results from the NCDC around 3.00pm.”
