We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruitment
• Performance appraisal
• Attendance Monitoring and controlling
• Payroll Administration
• Reports
• Prepare periodic reports, by compiling necessary information from departments, and the HR system, for reports such as Employee HeadCount, Overtime, Vacation balances, etc., to present the reports to HRM / Branch Manager for personnel status update.
• Documents Issuance
• Training & workshops
• Keeping records
• Maintain all hard and soft files of employees’ records, by updating the HR software system and employees’ hard copy files, in order to have reference and historical register.
• Support Services
• Insurance Coverage Administration
• Health and Safety Rules adherence.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role
• HR Certification is an added advantage.

Salary

• N150,000 monthly.
