COVID-19: NCDC Records No Death In One Week, Confirms 120 New Infections

  • Total cases confirmed – 164,423
  • Total cases discharged – 154,406
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,061

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 164,423 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated April 20, the NCDC reports 120 new cases with no COVID-related fatality.

The new infections were recorded in 8 states — Enugu-53, Lagos-22, Rivers-18, Ogun-8, FCT-7, Abia-6, Kano-5 and Bauchi-1.
