Job Description
- Maintain records with the use of an application tracking system, posting of jobs, conducting interviews, making job offers.
- Maintain human resource information confidentiality
- Implementing human resource procedures
- Lead the successful placement of candidates into qualifying positions.
- Participating in the recruitment process to fill multiple open job positions
- Contacting potential candidates via Linkedln, referrals and other mediums, sourcing of resumes from existing data base.
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Assist with other responsibilities as required
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or corp member with Bsc minimum in any discipline.
- Must reside in Lagos preferably close to Ogudu
- Candidate must be very smart.
- Candidate should have interest in Human Resources/Recruitment Consulting
- Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office software
- Must be computer and internet savvy
- Must be a fast learner
