#Buharimuststay Trends On Twitter Amid Widespread Insecurity

Nigerians on microblogging site, Twitter, have reacted to a trend topic passing a vote of confidence on the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration, saying that it is pushed by ethnocentricists and tribalistic elements.

Leader of the Minority caucus in the Senate, Enyinnaya Abaribe, had on Wednesday accused the president of being silent over the spate of attacks and kidnappings across the country, hinting that the lawmakers may initiate an impeachment procedure against the president.

Although, the APC caucus have refuted the claims by their PDP counterparts, saying the president was never silent on the state of the country’s security.
