Therefore, it has nothing to do with your gender or bloodline. It is the economic and financial situation that you find yourself in that is putting you under pressure. Stress is a contributing factor to hypertension. Therefore, manage your stress and always get enough rest.
You can rarely find a Nigerian kitchen where they don’t use those cubes, which are high in MSG, especially all those seasonings in noodles that are high in MSG. We consume a lot of it in this part of the world, both male and female.
