The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State has said that it got the judgment of the Governorship Elections Petition Tribunal sitting in the state with fear.
The party’s Publicity Secretary, Dr Azeez Olatunde made this statement known on Monday in Ibadan, the state capital.
According to Olatunde, the Party’s State Working Committee would refer the ruling to its legal team for necessary recommendations.
Ekohotblog reports that Justice Muhammed Sirajo had in their unanimous judgment dismissed the petition filed by the All Progressives Congress Candidate(APC) in the governorship election,Chief Adebayo Adelabu for lack of merit.

“The State Working Committee of the Party in its proactive manner has decided to refer the tribunal ruling to our team of legal experts for necessary recommendations which the party hopes to follow appropriately,” the APC said.
He urged members of the party to being law abiding and await the party’s next line of action in due course.
