2020 Best FIFA football awards have been concluded with the full list of winners below. Below is the full list of winners;
The Best FIFA Women’s Goalkeeper:
Lyon & France star Sarah Bouhaddi was named The Best FIFA Women’s Goalkeeper. The French woman inspired Lyon to win the last Season’s female UEFA Champions League.
The Best FIFA Men’s Goalkeeper:
In the male category, Manuel Neuer was named The Best FIFA Men’s goalkeeper after beating the likes of Alisson Becker of Liverpool and Jan Oblak of Atletico Madrid. The German won the UEFA Champions League, Bundesliga and DFL Supercup.
FIFA Puskás Award:
Tottenham’s Son Heung-min solo goal against Burnley on the 7th of December 2019 have now won the FIFA Puskás Award hereby beating the likes of Giorgian de Arrascaeta’s goal against CR Flamengo and Luis Suarez goal against Real Mallorca.
The Best FIFA Women’s Coach:
Netherlands/Dutch national team coach, Sarina Wiegman was named The Best FIFA Women’s coach.
The Best FIFA Men’s Coach:
Jurgen Klopp was crowned The Best FIFA Men’s Coach. The former Borussia Dortmund manager was responsible for winning Liverpool’s first-ever Premier League title. He beat Bayern Munich’s manager, Hans-Dieter Flick and Leeds United manager, Marcelo Bielsa. He also won the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup since he arrived at Anfield.
FIFA Fair Play Award:
Mattia Agnese was awarded the FIFA Fair Play Award.
FIFA Fan Award:
Marivaldo Francisco Da Silva won the FIFA Fan Award.
The Best FIFA Women’s Player:
The FIFA Women’s Player of the Year at the Best Awards was awarded to former Lyon and now Man City’s star Lucy Bronze. The English woman beat Chelsea’s striker, Pernille Harder and Lyon’s player, Wendie Renard to the award.
The Best FIFA Men’s Player:
Bayern Munich’s striker , Robert Lewandowski beat Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi to win the Best FIFA Men’s Player. The Polish striker inspired Bayern to lifting last season’s UEFA Champions League.
