One bank customer was killed after armed robbers attacked a new generation bank in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state capital.
According to the report, the deceased who came for a transactional purpose at the bank was leaving the bank when the incident happened.
Source said, he had boarded a tricycle but was forced to dash into the bush after he saw some gun men shooting sparodically.

The middle aged man was leaving the bank with a bag suspected to contain money, when the masked gunmen alighted from a car and started shooting sporadically.
He was then pursued and shot by the gunmen who also made away with the bag.
The victim was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre in Yenagoa, where he was confirmed death.
The police spokesman in Bayelsa State, SP Asinim Butswat confirmed the incident.
He said: “The unfortunate incident occurred on on Friday bat about 10:00 hours, at the premises of a new generation bank in Yenagoa when a customer was accosted by unknown gunmen after he withdrew money.
“The armed robbers who came in a black Toyota Camry car accosted the customer one Emmanuel Omomo ‘m’ when he came out from the Bank after making the withdrawals, shot him, collected all the money in his possession and zoomed off
