2021 AFCON Qualifier: Super Eagles Coach Releases 23-Man List

The Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr on Wednesday released a 23-man list of players that will tackle Benin Republic, Lesotho in the upcoming 2021 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier in November.
Ahmed Musa who has been out of Eagles squad in two consecutive matches will lead the charges of other 22 players.

The surprise call-up was Kaziers Chief goalkeeper, Daniel Akpeyi who has been shut out of the team after the nations cup as he is in to take his first position after Francis Uzoho picked up an injury during Brazil’s friendly in October.
