The boy, who pleaded that his name should not be mentioned for security reasons said: “My friend called me this morning and said I should join them to collect and paste the posters.”

An executive member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state who pleaded anonymity said he had also seen the posters, clarifying that no political party was indicated on it.

He said: “I have seen the posters too. Governor Bello is free to contest if he meets the guidelines and has the necessary qualifications.”
