Charly Boy has finally endorsed Peter Obi for 2023.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that famous Nigerian Musician and activist, Charly Boy, has finally endorsed Peter Obi, presidential flagbearer of the Labour Party (LP) for the 2023 election.

The veteran musician declared his support for the former governor of Anambra state in a Twitter post on Thursday.

In the tweet, Charly Boy also promised to stage “the biggest ever rally” for Obi before the end of September.

This is coming a few days after he announced that he has not endorsed anyone for the 2023 election.

The singer had earlier said he would declare his preferred candidate for president after “interacting and interrogating” those in the race.

“I’ve been under intense pressure to say who my preferred candidate is, but I’ll say that at my own time when it is right,” he had said.

“It’s because I have I still have to interact with and interrogate as many candidates as possible so that I know exactly what I’m telling my children to do.
