2023: Gov Ganduje Directs Appointees With Political Ambition To Resign

  • Ahead 2023 election,Ganduje directs all political appointees aspiring for elective offices to resign

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Kano State Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has directed all political appointees aspiring for elective offices in the forthcoming 2023 general elections to resign from their respective positions.

This is in compliance with Section 84 (12) of the newly amended Electoral Act.

This was contained in a statement issued on Saturday by Chief Press Secretary to the Governor , Abba Anwar.
