2023: Tinubu Will Pave Way For Youth Presidency – Yahaya Bello

  • I know reasons will prevail on him – Bello

The Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has said Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), will at some point drop his presidential aspiration.

Bello opined that Tinubu will be part of those that will work towards the emergence of youth as president of the country.

Speaking when he featured on BBC Nigeria, Bello noted that logic and reason will prevail on Tinubu to shelve his presidential aspiration and allow the youths to lead Nigeria.

Bello, who was responding to a question on who would make a better president between him and Tinubu, described the former Lagos state governor as a revered and well-respected leader.

Bello said he believed Tinubu would do the right thing because he  “would love to have Nigeria on auto cruise very soon”.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu

He said: “Our National Leader, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a revered and well-respected leader and mentor who is well respected by all, including me.

“And I know reasons will prevail on him. He will be part of those who will make a youthful government in this country. I believe in his judgment. He is a nice man.”
