2023: Why The North Must Vote For Tinubu – Ex-Senator
A former senator has explained why northern Nigeria must vote for Tinubu.
Eko Hot Blog reports that an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Senator Abu Ibrahim, has called on voters in the geo-political north to repay the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, by supporting him.

He made the call during a visit to the Campaign Office of the Katsina State APC governorship candidate, Dr Dikko Radda.
According to Ibrahim, Tinubu has supported various northern candidates in the past.
The former lawmaker recalled how the former Lagos governor supported PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, when he contested on the platform of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) platform.
He also cited the APC presidential candidate’s support for President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2015 and 2019 elections.
Ibrahim, therefore, stated that Tinubu “will surely promote the interest of the north” if elected president on February 25, 2023.
The Katsina politician also assured Nigerians that the APC presidential candidate would replicate the “wonderful work he did in Lagos” across Nigeria if he became the president.
