Abubakar Sani, a worker aged 21, was taken to court by the Katsina Police Department.
The man was taken to court for presumed acts of homosexuality with an eight-year-old boy, EKO HOT BLOG reports.
Sani of Gwagare, Katsina, resides in the same residence as the victim.

The police said Sani got busted engaging in violent sexual intercourse with the victim through anus inside a bush behind the Federal Medical Centre quarters, Katsina on January 5, 2021.
The father of the victim, a gentleman by the name of Abdulkadir Lamis, reported the incident. at the Divisional Police headquarters, Katsina.
Lamis told the police that Sani had a history of homosexuality with the victim on several occasions before he was caught on that day.
As a result, police charged Sani with an unnatural offence., which, in their view, was contrary to section 255 of the Criminal Code of the State of Katsina law of 2019.
The police prosecutor, Sergeant Lawal Bello told the senior magistrate court where Sani was indicted and the investigation was already under way on the matter.
He asked for another date when the matter could be brought before the tribunal.
The presiding magistrate, Hajiya Fadile Dikko agreed to this request and adjourned the case to March 31, 2021, for mention.
She ordered that Sani be remanded in custody in a correctional centre in Katsina till that day comes.
