We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Contact Centre Agent

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via telephone
Ensure that calls are handled professionally and manage the length of calls.
Provide customers with needed information and support
Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls
Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services of the organisation
Gather information from customers.
Adhere to call script and call centre policies.

Requirements

Candidates with OND, ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage.
Candidates should possess 0-2 years work experience.
