This is a food combo that helps to cure stomach aches in a few minutes. This diet is very common among mothers of toddlers. The BRAT diet combines bananas, rice, applesauce and toast (BRAT).
3. Lime or lemon, baking soda and water.
Mixing lime or lemon juice with a pinch of baking soda can help relieve indigestion and heartburn by reducing stomach acidity.
The taste of this mixture might be unpleasant but it is very effective.
