1. Chest Pain

Cardiac Arrest has to do with a sudden break in the electric function of the heart that leads to unconsciousness, so you need to be watchful once you start feeling unusual chest pain. Chest pain is one of the initial signs of impending cardiac arrest and immediately you start noticing unexplained chest pain, rush to the hospital for a checkup and treatment.

2. Difficulty Breathing

this is also referred to as a state of breathlessness. When you start finding it really difficult to breathe even under normal circumstances i.e. when you’re not facing any other issue, then there is something wrong with you. Difficulty breathing is one sign of cardiac arrest and once you start noticing a strange difficulty breathing, rush to the hospital for a proper checkup as there is a possibility that you’re about to suffer a heart-related attack. The earlier you get it checked, the better for you.

3. Lightheadedness or Fainting

If you are about to have a cardiac arrest, you will also start feeling a sudden urge to faint or lose consciousness. This should never be taken for granted because some lost consciousness to cardiac arrest and never woke up again to see the light of day.
