The blood vessels become more rigid as men grow older which puts more pressure on the circulatory system transporting blood. This is why about 2 out of 3 adults above 60 years will have high blood pressure. Stop smoking, exercise, eat healthily and reduce stress to decrease your risk.
2. Diabetes
About 1 out of 10 American adults have diabetes. Diabetes is an incurable disease that when not properly managed can lead to other chronic diseases like blindness, heart diseases, kidney diseases and other health challenges. This is why you must always get your blood sugar level checked regularly.
3. Osteoarthritis
This disease was first thought to be caused by wear and tear of the joint due to age. However, recent discoveries have shown that your genetics and lifestyle can also increase your risk of having this bone problem.
Not exercising regularly, diabetes and obesity can increase your chances of having this issue.
