1. Bone pain and back pain –
If your body is lacking vitamin D, you will find yourself battling with bone pain and unexplained back pain and issues. Unusual bone pain and soreness could mean you are lacking or running short of vitamin D. The bones get stronger and better when there is adequate vitamin D in the blood.
2. Constant feeling of tiredness
This is another symptom or indication of vitamin D deficiency in the body. If you start feeling unusually tired and weak, then it could be an indication that you lack vitamin D and the earlier you get checked or start eating vitamin D rich foods the better for you.
3. Falling sick regularly
Vitamin D also strengthens the immune system which in turns helps fight infections and minor pathogens from getting into the body but when your body doesn’t have enough vitamin D, your immune system wouldn’t be strengthened thus causing you to easily fall ill even when there is a very minor flu or condition.
