1. Limit your salt intake

2. Exercise more frequently

3. Consume less calories
Obese persons are more likely to have high blood pressure. If you’ve been identified with hypertension, you should start paying attention to your nutrition. Reduce your calorie intake and avoid eating any unhealthy food you comes across.
