The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Friday November 15, 2019 secured the conviction of one Ezirim Onyekachi before Justice Bubba of the Federal High Court Enugu on a one count charge bordering on obtaining by false pretence.
Similarly, one Ugwuoke Victor Onyekachi who presented himself as Sofia Aurello, a Brazillian National with the email address: arnolollvar77@gmail.com was also sentenced to two months imprisonment effective from September 26, 2019.

In yet another development, one Mark Henry Aniazoka was also convicted by justice Bubba on a one count charge bordering on impersonation and obtaining by false pretences.
Aniazoka who presented himself to as Benneth Nathan fraudulently obtained the sum of $1000(One Thousand Dollars) from one Lina john.
