306 Nigerians Stranded In UAE Arrives At Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja
– 306 Nigerians stranded in UAE returns home
– The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission confirmed this in a tweet
– All the returnees have tested negative to the coronavirus
No fewer than 306 Nigerians stranded in the United Arab Emirates due to the coronavirus pandemic have arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at 8:44 am.
The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission announced this on Wednesday, August 5 via official Twitter
Some of the evacuees disembarked in Abuja while the others proceeded to the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
According to NIDCOM, all the evacuees tested negative for COVID-19 before departure, are expected to self-isolate for 14 days according to the protocol of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 and the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.

They are also expected to take another COVID-19 test before rejoining society.
