It’s rainy season again and many people due to fear of catching a cold or feeling cold prefer bathing with hot water than cold water.
Hot showers may seem to be the best during cold weather, but there are some cons or disadvantages of constantly bathing with hot water that should not be overlooked by anyone who wants to live a perfectly healthy life.
If you are the type of person that’s always bathing with hot water, it may surprise you to know that it can either cause some health issues or worsen the one you already dealing with.

1. It can cause dry skin
