kidney stone is a health condition that causes calculus to develop in someone’s kidneys. According to Healthline, this calculus is composed of hard lumps of mineral salts.
They become concrete and hinder the free flow of urine from the kidneys to the bladder. The person that is affected can begin to feel a sharp pain in their lower back. This can also cause toxins to build up in the blood.
1. You can make vinegar from apples by squeezing them
The acetic acid in it can help cleanse your kidneys and break the stones there. Mixing apple vinegar with your water before drinking can reduce the formation of kidney stones.
However, make sure that you don’t take too much of it so that it doesn’t cause insufficient potassium in your body or make your bones porous.
2. Keep your body hydrated by drinking a lot of water
If you drink any beverages or take medication, drink some water immediately. This can gradually make these stones move out of your urethra and prevent new ones from developing in your kidneys.
3. Take a basil herb and squeeze out the juice
You can drink it as tea or mix it with your smoothie. Drink it for no more than 6 weeks. Some traditional doctors use it for gastrointestinal disorders.
It contains acids and anti-inflammatory ingredients that can dissolve kidney stones and fight inflammation. However, make sure that you don’t drink too much of it so that it doesn’t cause abnormally low blood sugar or hypotension.
4. Slice some ripe lemons into a clean cup of water or squeeze them into it
They have nitrate chemicals that can fight the lumpy formation of calcium in the kidney.
