Are you aware that there are certain habits that can make you fall sick more often than normal? I know you must be wondering why you are always the one in your house falling sick on and off, it can be very debilitating because I have been in this show before and wouldn’t wish that for my enemy.
1. Sleep deprivation
Some people either due to love for their phones or computers have neglected the importance of sleep. If you are the type of person who is never sleeping on time at night, then that is the reason why you are always falling sick. Not sleeping well reduces your immune system and puts you at a higher risk of even developing some chronic ailments such as heart issues, diabetes and many others.
2. Not drinking enough water
Not drinking enough water is another habit that is also capable of causing you to fall sick regularly. Moderate dehydration may not cause any significant changes in the body but it can make you fall sick more often than normal. This is because the body and tissues and even the organs need enough water to function well, depriving them of enough water means paving way for sickness to come your way.
3. Poor dietary system
As the saying goes, you are what you eat. If you are the type of person that often consumes junk foods then that may be the reason you always fall sick. To avoid this, start eating fruits and vegetables, add more vitamin D that’s in Fatty fish and eggs and you will notice a change in your health and well-being.
4. Poor Oral Hygiene
Poor oral hygiene may also be the reason why you are always falling sick.
