Many people know about lemon water but few actually know the various health issues that it can help manage.
1. High/Low Blood Pressure
Lemon water contains vitamin C to a good extent. A vitamin that promotes blood pressure stability, and heart health and protects the cells from oxidative damage. So taking lemon juice can provide the body with these benefits.
2. Premature Skin Wrinkling
Secondly, lemon juice due to the fact that it contains vitamin C can protect you from premature skin wrinkling and ageing or the damage that comes from exposure to sunlight. So taking lemon water regularly should be a habit and not something you do occasionally.
3. Kidney Stones
