4 Signs That Show You Need To Start Drinking More Water

Do you know that there are certain indications that may point to the fact that you are drinking less water and must increase your intake?

Sometimes we assume we are drinking enough water on a daily basisl, not knowing that we are drinking much less than the body requires.

1. Mouth dryness

If you are not Drinking enough water, you will notice an unusual mouth dryness. This should not be taken for granted especially if you have no other health issue. Poor water intake often causes saliva production to be reduced and also cause unusual dryness of the lips.

 

2. Severe unexplained headaches

Severe unexplained headaches may also start if you are not taking enough water often. This is another sign of poor water intake, water is needed by the body and as such, when it’s lacking in the body you may find yourself having constant Headache.

 

3. Muscle pain

Muscle pain, stiffness and joint pain that is not due to any health issue. Unusual muscle cramps and stiffness could be pointing to poor water intake and as such, you need to improve your water intake to provide lubrication to the bones and various parts of the joints that are feeling sore.

4. Dryness of the eyes

Water is needed for so many things in the body which includes proper lubrication of the eyes, so taking less water may affect your eyes and make you experience pain and stinging feeling in the eyes due to dryness.
