For your business to succeed, you need high patronage from customers, and to get them, there are a couple of things you should do.

So, in this article on EKO HOT BLOG we would be looking at ways to attract customers to your business.

1. Take advantage of social media

A research survey has shown that over 20 million people in Nigeria make use of social media almost daily. Since the social media platform is widely used by many, why not use it to showcase your goods and services to the world.

There are several social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and others that support the upload of videos and pictures. You can simply make a video or picture clip of your product which you can share on these aforementioned online platforms to draw the awareness of the public to your business.

2. Use discount and promotion techniques

Most people are prone to visiting only stores or businesses where there are given discounts. For instance, you can employ the “buy one and get two’’ strategy to get customers, or you can simply reward a customer with cash or gift items for bringing another customer or client to your business. Doing this will keep your customer busy in directing more clients to you as long as you keep the rewards coming.

3. Pay for advertisement

The use of paid advertisements is another effective way of attracting customers to your business. There are a couple of people who watch television and listen to the radio daily, you can simply reach out to them by announcing your product and services via the appropriate broadcasting network. Or better still, you can make use of the Google paid Ads medium for those who are always on their phones.
