You can prepare some coconut tea and drink it after your normal meal.

4. Eat a lot of fresh grapefruit, tomatoes, and watermelon

Because of their high lycopene content. Lycopene is an essential nutrient our blood and tissues need in old age, especially to prevent your skin from the sun’s ultraviolet damage.
