Some women believe that if they wear makeup during the day, they only need to wash their faces before bed. This is not always the case. Because you sweated and had many other things come into contact with your face throughout the day, you should wash your face before bed every night to avoid pimples.
When you pop or squeeze acne, some of the contents (e.g., pus, dead skin cells, or bacteria) may be pushed deeper into your skin. Inflammation rises as a result of this. This can lead to more visible acne, scarring, and pain.
So, what do you do after washing your face at night? Is it truly clean? Some people make the mistake of wiping their face with a regular body towel after washing their face.
This can reintroduce bacteria to the freshly cleansed face. Make sure to use a clean cloth every time you wash your face.
