Kola nut can serve as a bronchodilator, thus opening the airways for a person to breathe well. This makes it perfect for people suffering from asthma or any other health condition that has to do with breathing issues. Though this is not always advisable, the caffeine in it may be helpful for asthma patients.
2. Boost Metabolism
Kola nut can help boost metabolism and improve the digestion of food. So if you are dealing with unhealthy weight gain due to slow metabolism, eating or chewing it may provide you with a faster metabolism.
3. Improve Blood Circulation
