1. Avoid the consumption of intoxicating substances

The excessive intake of these substances can affect the health of the kidneys, lungs, heart and immune system which can shorten one’s lifespan.

These meals contain anti-oxidant which increase the vitamin supplement in the blood and help eradicate toxins from the body. This is one lifestyle whose importance cannot be overemphasized. Exercising regularly will improve the vascular – respiratory systems of the body which is essential for a healthy bone and heart. This practice helps in the removal of waste from the skin pores and reduces the risk of hypertension and obesity. In addition, engaging in regular exercise will increase the pace of the heartbeat which is pivotal for its health.

4. Avoid the intake of excessive sugary meals and food with high cholesterol

Studies have shown that the excessive consumption of sugary and high cholesterol meals especially for an adult can increase the risk of obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes. As an adult who is above 30, it becomes pivotal to reduce or eradicate these meals in other to increase the longevity of your life.

5. Avoid unnecessary fight and quarrel to improve your mental health and also reduce the risk of hypertension

Deep research has shown that more individuals today have died from emotional and mental related causes than physical factors.
