Looking at something for an extended period of time, such as a smartphone or computer screen, can cause eye strain. This causes your eyes to become tired and strained, resulting in eye fatigue.
3. Fever.

5. Inadequate Eating and hydration.
Dehydration can cause migraines, so not eating and drinking properly can cause headaches.
