The blood is a red fluid that is responsible for the body’s circulation, transport, and waste elimination functions.
Anaemia is a medical word that describes a blood shortage in the body. It can be brought on by a variety of circumstances. Anaemia is more common in people who have undergone surgery, women, children, and people who don’t eat enough.
1. Migraine
The red blood cells deliver oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body’s organs, assisting in the oxygenation of the organs.
According to research, a reduced red blood cell count can cause a headache by reducing the oxygen supply to the body’s organs, including the brain. If you have a persistent headache, you should see a doctor because it could be an indication of illness.
2. Feeling dizzy
A lack of red blood cells in the body causes dizziness by impairing the passage of oxygen to the body’s organs, making a person feel lightheaded and dizzy.
3. Skin that is pale or yellowish
Haemoglobin is a protein found in red blood cells that aids in the delivery of oxygen. The skin may seem pale or yellowish when the body is lacking in haemoglobin and oxygen.
Because skin darkening is a common indicator of a blood shortage, you should see a doctor as soon as possible if you observe it.
4. Chest discomfort
The lack of oxygen-rich red blood cells in the body puts pressure on the heart, causing it to beat faster and causing chest pain. If you’re having chest pain, you should see a doctor to figure out what’s causing it.
