The body is functioning normally if you urinate fewer times per day and the colour of your urine is a healthy pale yellow. This suggests that you may not be drinking enough water. Colourless urine is an indication of overhydration. The darker urine is, the more concentrated it tends to be. Dehydration is the most common cause of dark urine.
4. Feeling rested and revitalized upon waking
This shows that your sleep pattern is constant and you are having a quality amount of sleep every day. Probably seven to eight hours daily.
5. Strong teeth, gums, nails, and hair
There’s obviously a problem if you have brittle hair and nails. Possible causes include abnormally high-stress levels.
