EDITOR’S PICK:
Our kidneys are the two excretory organs in our bodies that are shaped like beans. The job of our kidneys is to filter waste products, especially urea, from our blood. This is excreted as urine.
Your urine comes out of your kidney through the two thick-walled tubes known as ureters. It is sent to your bladder and then released when you urinate.
1. Difficulty Sleeping
When your kidneys are developing problems, you begin to have difficulty sleeping very well. This means your kidneys are not getting enough oxygen from the blood. They are malfunctioning. Waste products will pile up in the body, and the person won’t be able to breathe very well.
2. Bloated Face
Your feet and face will become bloated because your kidneys are not able to remove sodium accumulated in your body. Your urine will release protein instead of toxic waste from your body. This will cause swelling in your eyes.
3. Frequent Tiredness
When your kidneys are unable to get rid of waste products in your body, you will suddenly notice that you are feeling very tired. This tiredness will affect your ability to focus very well.
Our kidneys usually communicate with our bodies to produce red blood cells so that oxygen can be supplied to our body organs, including our brains. When your kidneys start developing problems, your body won’t be able to supply enough oxygen.
4. Muscle spasms
When your kidneys are developing problems, you will also notice muscle spasms in your legs.
