Addicts who struggle with drug or alcohol addiction may display abnormal moods, anxiety, symptoms of depression, impatience, and other undesirable behaviours.
4. Not Getting Enough Sleep.
Your health may suffer both immediately and later on if you stay up late. Studies show that sleep interruptions can harm our energy levels, mood swings, ability to maintain a healthy weight, and a variety of other things. Your body uses a full night of sleep to regenerate itself.
5. Too much screen time.
Studies have shown that excessive exposure of the eyes to rays, especially the ones from the smartphone and computers can impose a lot of detriment on the eyes.
Thus, it has been advised medically for one to reduce the amount of time they spend with these gadgets, or better still – get medicated eyeglasses.
