5 Ways Your Phone Is Harming Your Health Without Your Knowledge

EDITOR’S PICK

In many ways, the smartphone has improved our lives. It provides limitless information at our fingertips, may help you stay in touch with family and friends around the world, meet dating and marriage partners, and direct you when we’re lost, but it also has drawbacks.

In this article on EKO HOT BLOG we wil be looking at some ways, your phone is harming your health.

What are the ways your phone is harming you?

1. They carry germs around

You carry your phone with you everywhere, including the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, so it’s no surprise that it’s covered in germs. And putting it directly on our faces isn’t the healthiest option, as it can lead to skin breakouts.

I recommend cleaning your phone as frequently as possible because various types of germs and bacteria are constantly making their way back onto it throughout the day.

2. It can cause neck and upper back pain.

The weight of your head resting on your phone screen all day can put a lot of strain on your neck and spine, resulting in neck and upper back pain. Texting can also cause pain in your hands and fingers.

So, when you’re reading a long article or watching movies or TV, make sure to move your head and body frequently.

3. It can harm your sperm cells

Cell phone use by men has been linked to a decrease in sperm quality, according to research. Cell phone use degrades sperm quality by reducing sperm counts, motility, viability, and morphology, especially when carrying a phone in your pocket.

4. It can hurt your eyesight

Constantly staring at a small screen all day can cause blurry vision, dry eyes and headaches. Extended time looking at the screen, not blinking enough and the blue light from the phone can play a factor in eye problems.

5. It can impair your memory

It is beneficial to use technology, but excessive use is harmful as well. It makes your brain relatively irresponsible and careless because, after all, your smartphones with internet access will never fail you.
