7-Month-Old Baby Abducted in Epe, Mother Seeks Public Help
Ekohotblog reports that young mother, Mistura Edu, is living a nightmare after her 7-month-old baby was abducted under suspicious circumstances in Epe.
The baby was allegedly taken by her brother’s wife, Barakat, who has since disappeared after claiming she was headed to Ayetoro to repair her phone.

Mistura, who resides in the Edu family home in Bado Isale, Epe, shared that the distressing incident took place while she was busy cooking.
She had left her baby in the care of her younger sister, but Barakat came to collect the child, stating she needed to go to Ayetoro for phone repairs.
According to Mistura, she had earlier refused Barakat’s request to take the baby out, as the child had not yet eaten and her instincts warned against it.
Despite her refusal, Barakat eventually left with the baby, leaving Mistura anxious when she did not return after several hours.
In a desperate attempt to find her child, Mistura went to Ayetoro to search for Barakat.
To her shock, it was revealed by locals that Barakat had visited only to sell her phone and mentioned that she was traveling to her village.
The family is devastated by the incident and has called on the public for any information that could lead to the safe return of the child.
