A 7 year old girl identified as Yaz who just recovered from physical assault and sexual assault she suffered from her parents, and Uncle has chosen death over going back to live with them.
Yaz has been hospitalized in Hospital de Las Margaritas in Pueblo, Mexico since late August after suffering from internal bleeding, a collapsed lung, burn marks on her back and cigarette burns on her arms and hands, Crime Online report
In addition to that, the girl also showed signs of sexual assault when she was examined by doctors.
“I want to die…I don’t want to go back to my parents so that they keep hitting me,” the girl said, according to a statement from doctors.

According to the Attorney General of the state, her parents, have been charged with family violence and child abandonment.

In a statement issued by the Mexican police, the young girl’s uncle is currently on the run after being accused of sexually assaulting the child.
In April 2020, Yaz underwent a surgery for intestinal damage and was admitted to the hospital with cuts on her legs allegedly caused by her parents.
According to reports, in August, doctors did a graft on the burns to the 7-year-olds buttocks that “destroyed part of the muscle.”
Ekohotblog.com confirmed that in June, Yaz’s 3-year-old sister died from accidental asphyxiation.
Speaking on the report, a woman’s right activist, Frida Guerrera, said, “If the Puebla authorities had done their job since January, which was the first moment that there were indications that the girl had suffered sexual violence, the girl would not be in the hospital right now, and Mitzi (her little sister) would not be dead,” Guerrera said. “Of course there is institutional responsibility in this.”
