The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Tuesday, September 15 2020, disclosed that the country has confirmed 90 new cases of COVID-19.
In its daily situation report of the virulent infection on its official twitter page, it also announced that 8 new people passed away due to the viruses while 93 persons were discharged.
According to the agency, of the 90 confirmed cases on Tuesday, 33 are confirmed in Lagos, 27 in Plateau, 17 in Kaduna, Ogun-6, FCT-4, Anambra-1, Ekiti-1, Nasarawa-1.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 56,478, with 44,430 discharged and 1,088 fatalities recorded.
