For Second Day Running, Abuja Tops list As Nigeria Records 462 COVID-19 Cases
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control control on Saturday disclosed that the country has recorded four hundred and sixty two COVID-19 cases.
The federal capital territory (FCT), Abuja, for the second day running, tops the list of daily state-by-state COVID-19 toll.
The agency made the disclosure in its daily situation report of COVID-19 on its official twitter page.
According to the agency, of the 462 fresh cases, 93 are confirmed in FCT, 78 detected in Lagos, Plateau-64, Kaduna-54, Oyo-47, Ondo-32, Adamawa-23, Bauchi-19, Rivers-9, Ogun-9, Delta-9, Edo-7, Kano-6, Enugu-6, Nasarawa-5, Osun-1.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 43,151, with 19,565 discharged and 879 deaths recorded.
