Ekohotblog, September 5, 2020…Popular rapper, Falz has reacted to the Lagos state government’s new implementation of 5 percent levy on all audio and visual content on all physical and digital platforms, termed it a joke. Ekohotblog reports.
Our correspondent had recalled that the Lagos State Government had earlier issued a notice requesting for the immediate payment of 5% levy on all audio and visual content produced, sold, distributed, marketed, exhibited, streamed, downloaded, and shared across all physical and digital platform situate, lying and being within the state.

According to reports, the notice was addressed to the Managing Director of Iroko TV.
Reacting to notice on Instagram, Falz said the Lagos State government was making a joke.
He wrote, “What is this joke?”.
