It was a black Monday for the Family of former Ekiti state governor, Peter Ayodele Fayose, following the death of his elder sister.

The deceased, Mrs Mojisola Ladeji, died on Monday after a brief undisclosed illness.

The ex-Governor, who broke the news on his social media page on Twitter said the family was pained by her demise.

Fayose in a statement said, “On behalf of my family, I announce the death of my immediate elder sister, Mrs Moji Ladeji. He died today, after a brief illness.

We are pained by your departure, but consoled by the God fearing and exemplary life that you lived. May the soul of Sister Moji Rest In Peace.”
