We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
Liaise with Discipline Lead Engineers on approved project CTRs
Liaise with individual Engineer on look‐ahead CTR
Track Individual Engineer CTR Timebooking with Daily Tracker and resolve issues
Validate and reconcile Individual Timesheet with Daily Tracker
Send Signed Time Sheet to HR Director
Update Time Booking Sheet (TBS) per project
Prepare Management Summary Report & discuss with PP
Raise Customer Response Sheet (CRS) for Engineer ongoing project
Track CRS submission and feedback
Prepare Management Summary Report & discuss with PP
Prepare & Issue Request for Information (RFI)
Track response to RFI and distribute documents to Engineers that requested
Assist in preparing contract proposals
Prepare tender document to support bids
Produce Integrated Schedule for a group of projects to optimise resource utilisation
Produce a schedule for ZETA hosting Monthly Interface (NPDC,MAKON,NAPIMS &DPR)
Check / validate updated Project schedule in preparation for Monthly Interface (NPDC, MAKON, NAPIMS &DPR)
Participate in the Monthly interface ((NPDC,MAKON,NAPIMS &DPR) by telecon
Review the Minutes of Meeting (MoM) of Monthly interface ((NPDC,MAKON,NAPIMS &DPR)
Requirement
Candidates should possess HND, B.Eng, BSc qualification.
