Nigerian writer and telecaster, Funmi Iyanda has gotten down on the pitilessness of an untamed life park in Kaduna lodging starved creatures.
A few pictures shared on the online media space by a Nigerian photographer distinguished as Austyn with username @Austynzogs indicated some wild creatures glancing thin in Gamji Gate zoo in Kaduna
As indicated by Austyn, the creatures held in the zoo are deprived and starving nearly to the point of death.
Taking to Twitter, Funmi Iyanda compared the general public with the Lions, hyena, crocodile, and mandrill all glancing thin in the pictures shared by Austyn.
“Such a strong society metaphor. Cage something so powerful and beautiful, reduce it to an unrecognisable version of itself until it dies is typical mindless cruelty.
The mindlessness is what makes it so effective because the cruelty is unplanned, slow and casual. It just is.”
