The Government of Osun State has announced the transfer of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital to Osun State University.
In a tweet on the government twitter handle, it was made known that Osun State University has taken over Lautech Teaching Hospital.
“The State Govt of Osun announce that the Osun State University has taken over the College of Health Sciences & the former LAUTECH Teaching Hospital in Osogbo.”
Ekohotblog gathered that Osun State Government also approved the immediate renaming of the Teaching Hospital to UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital (UNIOSUNTH), Osogbo.
