Christmas: Pray for Nigeria, Imbibe Love, Peace And Forgiveness, Sarkin Noma Tells Christians

The Member representing Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency of Kaduna State at the National Assembly Mr. Shehu Nicholas Garba (Sarkin-Noma) wants Christians and Nigerians to imbibe the spirit of love, peace and forgiveness as they celebrate Christmas to mark the birth of Jesus Christ.

In a statement by his Personal assistant on media and publicity Mr. Mock Samuel Kure, the law Maker explains that the birth of Jesus Christ entails love, sacrifice and forgiveness, hence the need for Christians and Nigerians to embrace such virtues for peace, unity and development of the nation.

Shehu Garba expresses regret that the country is facing alot of challenges at the moment ranging from insecurity, economic backwardness and COVID-19 pandemic among others.

The Chairman House of Representatives Committee on Anti- Corruption says with Prayers for leaders in the country, and continued observance of the established COVID-19 protocols, the country shall overcome the challenges facing her in the end.

He urges people in Kaduna State and the country at large to be vigilant during the Yuletide season by ensuring they report any threat to peace to Security Agents for swift intervention to avert further loss of lives and destruction of properties.
